This policy explains how The Men’s Investing Club collects and uses your personal information when you visit mensinvestingclub.com, download our free guide or book a call.
Who we are
The Men’s Investing Club is run by Austin, a sole trader based in England. Austin is the “controller” of your personal information, which means he decides how it is used.
If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email austin@mensinvestingclub.com.
What we collect
- When you sign up for the guide: your first name and email address.
- When you open our emails: whether you opened an email and which links you clicked. Our email platform records this.
- If you accept cookies: information collected by the Meta Pixel, such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you visit on this site and whether you signed up. See “Cookies” below.
- If you book a call: the details you enter when booking through Calendly, such as your name, email and any notes you add.
- If you email us: your email address and anything you choose to tell us.
We do not ask for payment details, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Who we share it with
We use these trusted providers to run the site. They only use your information on our instructions:
- Kit (email platform) stores your name and email and sends our emails.
- Google Workspace hosts our email, including any emails you send us.
- Netlify hosts this website.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits so we can see how the site is used. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
- Calendly handles call bookings.
- Meta (only if you accept cookies) receives Pixel data to measure our ads. Meta also uses some of this information for its own purposes, under its own privacy policy.
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by recognised safeguards, such as the UK-US data bridge or standard contractual clauses approved for use in the UK.
How long we keep it
- Mailing list: until you unsubscribe. If you have not opened any of our emails for 2 years, we remove you automatically.
- After you unsubscribe: we keep your email address on a suppression list, so we never email you again by mistake.
- Call bookings and emails: for up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Meta Pixel cookies: up to 90 days on your device.
Cookies
This site only sets non-essential cookies if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Reject, no tracking cookies are set and the Meta Pixel does not load.
If you accept, the Meta Pixel places a cookie on your device to measure visits and sign-ups from our ads.
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the homepage. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- withdraw your consent at any time. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email, or change your cookie choice using “Cookie settings”.
To use any of these rights, email austin@mensinvestingclub.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
